Megan- After so many years I now know why we are friends. I cannot think of one more musical that I would add to the list. You covered all the bases as far as I'm concerned. Maybe at some point when I'm not thinking about it, one will come to mind...but I think you've got a rock on list. Hope your interview went well.
Into the Woods. My musical-loving days are mostly behind me, but that one will always have a special place in my heart and I still think about some of the important lessons it teaches.
I'm assuming that the reason it's not on your list is that you're not familiar with it. You should check it out.
I heard the Fantastics had a lot of naughty hidden humor. Fact or fiction?
Haven't seen Into the Woods all the way through, though the Hale Center Theatre in West Valley is putting it on in October 2008. But I must assume that anything starring Bernadette Peters is worthwhile.
How could I forget Saturday's Warrior? While it possesses little artistic and literary merit, it is big on sentiment. Who ARE these children coming down?
Think Secret Garden and Phantom of the Opera. I love everything about the Secret Garden, while Phantom is...well...Phantom. Also, My Fair Lady. How can you go wrong with a good dose of Eliza?

Umm...Saturday's Warriors! This is a classic that is right up there with Wicked and the Sound of Music. Yup. Glad I could contribute! <3 Erin Young

Oh - also The Fanstastics. Very cool off-Broadway musical.
